1. Initial Consultation

The initial consultation is free and serves as an opportunity for us to get to know each other. Here we will discuss your questions and expectations and determine what services you require. 

If you require a project, the following phases will apply:  

2. Design 

Before we develop your project, we can design it if you wish. We work closely with you to ensure that your site reaches your desired look and function. We finalise this phase with a digital concept of the project, that once approved, will be used as a blueprint throughout the development of the project.  

3. Development

In the development phase we work according to the agreement and the blueprint prepared in phase two. Throughout this process you will be updated plenty of times as to the status of the project and will be able to closely monitor this yourself.

This phase usually takes one to two weeks if it is a basic website. 

4. Review

Once we reach the completion of the project, we test and review it thoroughly to ensure that our high standards are met and the blueprint was followed. We move on to the next phase only following your approval according to original agreement.

5. Hand Over

When the project is complete we will ensure that you receive the required training necessary to operate and maintain the system and all its components that are new to you. We will stay in contact with you during this phase to ensure the hand over phase is as seamless as possible!
